Check-in process desperately needs to be streamlined!!! Paying upfront caught me off guard. The lack of passport safe access in rooms felt like a security oversight. Greater language fluency at the front desk would enhance the experience!!!

We enjoyed spacious rooms and a lovely pool area, especially after spending the day exploring the Oaxaca coast. The restaurant food was surprisingly great, and our dog was welcome, making our family feel right at home here.

My wife says that clearer check-in instructions would have made things smoother.

The Standard Double Room was so spacious and had an amazing sea view! The air conditioning worked perfectly during the hot days, which was a lifesaver. I really enjoyed the comfy beds and the overall cleanliness of the room. The WiFi was reliable too. The only downside was some bathroom fixtures that looked a bit worn, but it didn't ruin the experience for me.

The restaurant delivered surprisingly excellent food by the pool with great breakfast options and freshly squeezed juices. While the facilities were well maintained, my overall experience was somewhat marred by the outdated decor that didn't meet my usual expectations for luxury. The service was friendly but lacked the efficiency I hoped for during peak times.

The lovely poolside area and spacious rooms made our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach.
